Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time we have your cart finished and ready.
Holidays and high volume orders time around summer may delay shipping times.
If you don't want your cart shipped and want to pick it up instead, give us a call at (323) 533-1203
Shipping rates
The shipping cost depends on the size of your cart and the region you live in the check out prosses automatically calculates the cost of shipping for you. You will see the total cost with shipping before you pay.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
once you place your order we will let you know if we have the cart in stock or if we have to build it then once we are ready to ship it out you will receive a tracking number.
Customs, duties, and taxes
LA Taco Carts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
LA Taco Carts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please Do Not! sign for it, take pictures and have the driver take it back then contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at latacocarts@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
